Today the team of the project gathered online in order to discuss how to keep the quality of the project high throughout its implementation and after its finalization.
We worked together on the project quality assurance strategy together with the leader of this topic- WORLD UNIVERSITY SERVICE-OSTERREICHISCHES KOMITEE VEREIN, Austria.
We disucssed the main quality assurance objectives:
- To assure quality in the structure, processes and results/outputs of the project.
- To be able to respond effectively to emerging changes and challenges in the project environment.
